195 Million Lira Support Being Transferred to Farmers' Accounts

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has started transferring a total of 195 million 560 thousand lira in agricultural support to producers' accounts within the scope of rural development investments and R&D activities.
Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı announced that new support payments for farmers have been deposited into their accounts, aiming for the sustainability of production and fair compensation for labor. Minister Yumaklı stated the following in his announcement:
"We support our producers to ensure their labor is rewarded and our farmers can produce with confidence. We are transferring 195 million TL in agricultural support payments to our farmers' accounts. May it be auspicious and bountiful."
According to the Ministry's data, of the total 195 million 560 thousand lira in support transferred, 190 million 972 thousand lira was for Rural Development Investments Support, and 4 million 588 thousand lira was for R&D Support.
