The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has announced the updated list of companies and products whose imitation, adulteration, and fraudulent production have been confirmed, following comprehensive inspections conducted to ensure food safety and protect consumer health. The list, shared through the Ministry's official channels, once again revealed non-compliant production activities in the market.
Irregularities, particularly in meat and dairy products within the essential animal food group, drew attention in the latest published list. Following laboratory analyses, serious cases of adulteration were detected in widely consumed products such as kashar cheese and ayran. It was announced that legal processes have been initiated against businesses producing in violation of regulations, and inspections will continue uninterrupted.
