Baktat Zeytin Granted One-Year Definitive Moratorium

Baktat Zeytin, operating in Manisa Akhisar, has been granted a one-year definitive moratorium by the Bursa 3rd Civil Court of Commerce as part of its restructuring process due to financial difficulties.

Baktat Zeytin, which has been operating in Manisa's Akhisar district since 1986 and supplies its products to both the domestic market and Europe, has entered into a concordat process due to financial difficulties. Following the preliminary moratorium period, the Bursa 3rd Civil Court of Commerce has decided to grant a one-year definitive concordat moratorium for the company and its owner, Ali Baklan.

In line with the court's decision, the continuation of the precautionary measures that came into effect with the preliminary moratorium was decided, and a three-person concordat committee consisting of Hakan Yıldız, Engin Dinçeli, and Birol Aslan was appointed to manage the process. It was ruled that the committee's service fees would be covered by the company's assets.
