2.2 Million Lira Support for Irrigation Project in Isparta

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has provided a 50% grant for an energy-saving project by an irrigation cooperative in Isparta.
State support has been provided for the Energy Saving Investment project, implemented by the S.S. Yukarı Gökdere Village Irrigation Cooperative in Isparta. Within the scope of the Rural Development Investments Support Program's 16th Stage Economic Infrastructure Investments, 50% of the project's total cost of 4 million 475 thousand TL was covered by a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, with 2 million 237 thousand TL in funding transferred.
According to data from the Isparta Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, the investment aims to achieve energy savings in irrigation processes and reduce electricity costs for the region's farmers.
