Acceleration Support of 6.5 Million Lira for Climate and Agriculture Initiatives

KOSGEB will provide financing of up to 6.5 million lira to startups developing sustainable agriculture and climate technologies through technoparks with its COP31 Focused Acceleration Support Call.
New Support for Sustainable Agriculture
Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır announced the new support program launched within KOSGEB for technology centers. According to Minister Kacır's statement, up to 6.5 million lira in financing will be provided to TEKMER operating organizations and Technopark management companies with an entrepreneurship office (GO) within the scope of the COP31 Focused Acceleration Support Call. Within the scope of the green transformation-oriented program, the aim is to strengthen entrepreneurs working in the fields of sustainable agriculture, climate technologies, clean energy, and circular economy. This call aims to increase the capacity of centers producing agricultural technology.
Opportunity to Access Global Markets
Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır shared the program's objectives with the following words:
"With the COP31 Focused Acceleration Support Call launched by KOSGEB, we aim to enable startups operating in the fields of clean energy, climate technologies, sustainable agriculture, circular economy, and sustainable finance to access international markets. Within the scope of the program, we will support the implementation of acceleration programs that will enable the international growth of startups within TEKMER operating organizations and Technopark management companies with GO, by providing support of up to 6.5 million lira. Through this support, we aim to strengthen startups' access to new investment and cooperation opportunities."
According to the Ministry's announcement, the deadline for applications to the call was announced as August 30.
