Municipal police teams in Hatay's Kırıkhan district conducted hygiene inspections targeting restaurants throughout the district as part of public health protection measures. During the inspections, conditions violating hygiene rules were detected at an establishment selling fried chicken.
Upon examination by the teams, it was determined that approximately 15 kilograms of raw and cooked chicken meat, prepared for service, had spoiled. The spoiled meat was seized and destroyed by the municipal police teams, and official proceedings were initiated against the relevant establishment.
