TMO Exceeds 120 Billion Lira in Grain Purchase Payments

The Turkish Grain Board (TMO) announced that a total of 120 billion 452 million lira has been transferred to producers' accounts under this season's grain purchases.
According to data shared by the Turkish Grain Board (TMO), the total payment amount transferred to producers in exchange for this season's grain purchases has reached 120 billion 452 million lira. According to the institution's records, payments were deposited into accounts periodically in line with the established calendar starting from the first week of June.
According to TMO data, payments made by periods were; 1 billion 966 million TL between June 5-10, 5 billion 486 million TL between June 15-17, 14 billion 942 million TL between June 18-26, and 12 billion 150 million TL between June 27 - July 1. With increased deliveries in July, payments of 23 billion 312 million TL were made between July 2-8, 29 billion 525 million TL between July 9-15, and 33 billion 71 million TL during the July 16-22 period.
