100 Tons of Mandarins Purchased from Farmers Distributed to Schools in Hatay

Hatay Metropolitan Municipality purchased 100 tons of mandarins from local producers to support them and distributed the fruit to students at schools across the city.
Under the directive of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mehmet Öntürk, 100 tons of mandarins were procured from local producers to support farmers and prevent income loss. The purchased citrus fruits were distributed to students at schools.
Municipal officials announced that they will continue to contribute to rural development with similar initiatives that protect the labor of producers and utilize agricultural production for the benefit of the community.
