The licensed industrial hemp harvest for the 2026 production season has concluded in the Gümüşhacıköy district of Amasya.
In the Gümüşhacıköy district of Amasya, the harvest of industrial hemp, cultivated under permit for fiber production in the 2026 production period, has been completed. The process, coordinated by the Gümüşhacıköy District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, was carried out in accordance with the Regulation on Hemp Cultivation and Control.
According to data from the District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, the harvest was conducted on a total area of 16.5 decares. Industrial hemp was harvested from a total of 3 plots belonging to 2 farmers holding production permits, including one plot in Hacıyahya Neighborhood and two plots in Kuzalan Village.
