Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry will hold simultaneous field meetings in 17 districts on Friday, November 6, to meet face-to-face with producers.

Simultaneous Field Briefings

Within the scope of the Friday Meetings coordinated by the Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, simultaneous field meetings will be held in 17 districts on Friday, November 6, at 2:00 PM. In this event, organized in line with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's goal of direct engagement with producers, agricultural engineers and expert teams will meet face-to-face with farmers. In the sessions held in the field, farmers' current issues will be heard in many neighborhoods, from Bozdoğan to Didim, from Efeler to Söke. Provincial Directorate officials stated that they will go to the field to answer producers' questions and directly record their demands.

Production Techniques and ÇKS Registrations

Crucial topics concerning Aydın's main products, namely fig, olive, chestnut, and cotton production, will be addressed in the comprehensive meetings. With the aim of achieving quality yields, teams will convey technical methods for drying and storing figs and provide detailed information to producers about the 2027 Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) registration processes. Furthermore, vital issues such as the B-Prescription application, which aims to protect plant health, measures to be taken against forest fires, and the prevention of stubble burning will be explained to producers. The Provincial Directorate invited all regional farmers to participate in the meetings, which aim to increase agricultural productivity.
