18,000 Square Meter Agricultural Complex to be Established in Siverek

The allocation of 18,000 square meters of land has been completed for the new Agricultural Complex project in Siverek district of Şanlıurfa, which will alleviate livestock transportation traffic and improve service quality.

New Complex for Siverek Agriculture

A new step has been taken in Siverek district of Şanlıurfa, where agricultural and livestock activities are intensely carried out, as the existing service building is located in the city center and causes traffic congestion, particularly during livestock transportation periods. The land allocation phase has been successfully completed for the new service building project, which was included in the investment program as a result of contacts in Ankara. Siverek Mayor Ali Murat Bucak shared the details of the development with the following statement:

'The site selection for our District Agriculture Directorate New Service Building, which has been included in the investment program, has been deemed appropriate in line with the positive opinions of our Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. Congratulations to our district for the new District Agriculture Directorate Service Building and the Agricultural Complex that will be formed in this area.'

Land Allocation from National Real Estate

The official approval for the land where the project will be implemented was given by the General Directorate of National Real Estate under the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. According to the institution's official letter, parcel number 652, located within the borders of Siverek Karakoyun Neighborhood, has been allocated to the Directorate of Support Services of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for the establishment of a new administrative building and agricultural facility. The modern complex to be built on this area, which is included in the zoning plan and has a total area of 18,079 square meters, is expected to facilitate processes for producers and livestock transportation in the district.
