Fuel Prices Updated Again in Three Major Cities

Following fluctuations in the exchange rate and the oil market, the updated prices saw diesel exceed the 80 TL threshold per liter in Ankara and Izmir.
Fuel tariffs have been updated in line with developments in the exchange rate and oil markets. According to data from August 16, 2026, gasoline is offered at 71.43 TL, diesel at 79.68 TL, and LPG at 33.79 TL on the European side of Istanbul. On the Anatolian side, gasoline was recorded at 71.27 TL, diesel at 79.53 TL, and LPG at 33.19 TL.
In Ankara, the gasoline price is 72.40 TL, diesel is 80.80 TL, and LPG is 33.89 TL. In Izmir, gasoline reached 72.69 TL, diesel 81.07 TL, and LPG 33.79 TL.
Volatility in Brent crude oil prices, changes in the exchange rate, and special consumption tax (SCT) adjustments continue to be the determining factors in the movement of fuel price boards.
