The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Trade have included the Denizli Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry among the authorized bodies for import inspections of certain products.
With a regulation issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Trade, the Denizli Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry has been authorized for the official controls carried out during the entry of certain products into the country. Within the scope of the regulation, which aims to increase the province's agricultural production power and its effectiveness in the sector, the directorate has been included among the authorized bodies.
The implementation in Denizli, which will take on a more effective role in import controls with its new authority, is expected to make significant contributions to strengthening food and feed safety, and protecting animal and plant health.
