Fire Erupts in Agricultural Areas in Serik, Antalya

Residential areas were evacuated due to a fire in agricultural and forest lands in Antalya's Serik district, rendering 5 homes unusable.
A fire broke out for reasons yet to be determined in an area encompassing forest and agricultural lands in the Deniztepesi and Sarıabalı neighborhoods of Antalya's Serik district. Upon notification, numerous fire department and forest management teams were dispatched to the region.
As the flames spread, residential areas in the vicinity were evacuated as a precautionary measure, and according to initial assessments, 5 homes were rendered unusable. Efforts by teams to bring the fire under control are ongoing from both air and ground.
