Agricultural Producer Prices Rose 18.81% Annually in July

According to TurkStat data, the Agricultural Products Producer Price Index increased by 2.31% monthly and 18.81% annually in July.
According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), the Agricultural Products Producer Price Index (Tarım-ÜFE) increased by 2.31% on a monthly basis in July. The index rose by 18.81% on an annual basis. According to the announced data, the rate of increase since the beginning of the year was 10.22%, and it was 35.12% based on twelve-month averages.
According to TurkStat data, compared to the previous month, there was a 2.52% increase in agriculture and hunting products and a 0.82% increase in fish and aquatic products in July. Forestry products, on the other hand, recorded a 1.66% decrease. On an annual basis, the highest increase was observed in vegetables, melons, watermelons, roots, and tubers with 84.34%, while the largest monthly decrease was recorded in tropical and subtropical fruits with 13.61%.
