The application process for the 1,874 contracted personnel positions opened for employment in the provincial organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has been completed. According to the Ministry's official calendar, applications, which began on July 27, 2026, ended on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 23:59. Following the applications accepted through the Presidential Career Gate platform, the evaluation phase has commenced for the candidates. Thousands of candidates are eagerly awaiting official announcements regarding this large-scale employment initiative aimed at meeting the personnel needs of provincial units.
Distribution of Major Share in Technical Cadres
Technical positions directly related to agricultural and animal production received the highest share in the official cadre distribution announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The list announced allocated the highest quota of 645 positions for veterinarians, followed by agricultural engineers with a quota of 515. For food engineers, critical for food safety and field inspections, 185 positions were allocated. This technical distribution, determined according to the Ministry's data, reflects the goal of strengthening rural development and field services.
Broad Cadre Diversity
The distribution of the 1,874 personnel to join the Ministry includes various specialization areas. According to the announced list, 239 support staff, 73 security guards, and 60 office staff will be included in the organization. In the field of aquaculture, 49 aquaculture engineers and 6 fisheries technology engineers will be employed. Furthermore, 45 mapping engineers, 23 seamen, 13 lawyers, 9 laboratory technicians, 7 biologists, and 5 chemists have been recruited for technical and administrative units.

Final results will be announced by the Directorate General of Personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry following the review and evaluation phase.
