Erzincan Harvest Season and TMO Purchases Assessed

A coordination meeting in Erzincan addressed the ongoing harvest season, TMO grain purchases, and agricultural irrigation processes.
Agricultural Production and Grain Purchases
The general state of agricultural production across the province was discussed at a coordination meeting chaired by Erzincan Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Alper Koçaker. At the meeting, attended by units of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the progress of the ongoing harvest season in the region and the grain purchase processes carried out by the Turkish Grain Board (TMO) were examined in detail. Additionally, agricultural irrigation infrastructure and technical activities conducted in the field were comprehensively evaluated.
Inter-Institutional Coordination and Field Activities
It was decided to increase cooperation between institutions to ensure the smooth completion of the production season and to provide rapid solutions to technical difficulties faced by producers. It was noted that field operations would be carried out effectively. Officials announced that projects aimed at the sustainability of agricultural production in Erzincan and supporting producers would continue uninterrupted with joint steps.
