Fig Producers in Selçuk Receive Support with Crates and Equipment

In Selçuk, İzmir, equipment was distributed to producers to enhance fig quality and prevent aflatoxin risk.
In Selçuk, İzmir, equipment support was provided to producers to protect the quality and food safety of figs and to reduce the risk of aflatoxin. 500 fig crates and 5 UV black lights, procured by the Aegean Exporters' Associations, were delivered to producers free of charge.
Within the scope of the delivery program, producers received technical training on correct harvesting and drying methods, and the equipment was distributed after the information sessions were completed.
