ÇKS Application Authority Transferred to Chambers of Agriculture in 46 Provinces

Through a protocol signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Union of Chambers of Agriculture and Commodity Exchanges (TZOB), the authority for Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) applications and data entry has been transferred to chambers of agriculture in 46 provinces.
A New Era in ÇKS Processes
In line with the new protocol signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Union of Chambers of Agriculture and Commodity Exchanges (TZOB), a significant transfer of authority has been made for Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) applications. The authority to accept application files submitted by farmers to provincial and district agriculture and forestry directorates to benefit from agricultural state supports, and to enter data into the system, has been transferred to chambers of agriculture in 46 provinces, including Düzce. With the new decision, producers will be able to complete their registration processes quickly by directly submitting their prepared application files to the chambers of agriculture in their respective districts.
Scope of Authority Transfer Defined
Explaining the details of the regulation, Düzce Chambers of Agriculture Provincial Coordination Board Chairman Hüseyin Yılgın emphasized that the application will provide great convenience to producers, stating:
"Within the scope of Article 5 of the Farmer Registration System Regulation, through the 'Protocol Between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey and the Union of Chambers of Agriculture and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Regarding the Acceptance of Farmer Registration System Applications and the Transfer of Data Entry Authority'; the acceptance of ÇKS files to be submitted by our farmers for the 2027 Farmer Registration System and the entry of data into the system will be carried out by the chambers of agriculture operating in 46 provinces, including Düzce."
Yılgın announced that the new application will come into effect with the 2027 ÇKS application period.
