Application Process and Registration Requirements
The Corum Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry has announced the opening of the official application period for 2026 aquaculture support. The process, conducted under the coordination of the General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, began on November 2 and will continue until the end of business hours on December 18, 2026. Producers wishing to benefit from the support must possess a Ministry-approved aquaculture production certificate and be registered in the Aquaculture Information System (SUBIS). Businesses that meet the criteria can submit their application documents to the provincial or district agriculture and forestry directorates where their facilities are located.

Support Unit Prices by Species
In line with the Communiqué on Aquaculture Support (Communiqué No: 2024/28), different unit prices are applied based on the fish species cultivated and the production model. According to the official unit price table published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, support payments will be 0.75 TL per kilogram for trout producers, 0.50 TL per kilogram for carp, and 0.10 TL per kilogram for mussels. The support amount increases to 1.50 TL per kilogram for the production of new species and in closed-system aquaculture, while facilities engaged in fish farming in earthen ponds will receive 1 TL per kilogram in support.
Additional Technical Criteria and Document Submission
In accordance with the provisions of the communiqué, additional technical criteria support is offered to businesses with an annual project capacity of 50 tons or less. Furthermore, facilities that meet conditions such as membership in a producer union, registration in a primary agricultural organization, and the use of closed-loop systems will also benefit from additional support. Producers who complete their applications by December 18 are required to submit their December sales receipts or harvest determination reports to the relevant provincial and district directorates no later than the end of business hours on January 8, 2027.
