Severe Hail Damages Cultivated Areas in Bayburt

A hailstorm in Bayburt has caused damage to cultivated agricultural lands, and provincial agriculture directorate teams have begun damage assessment work in the field.
The hailstorm that affected Bayburt has damaged agricultural production in the Eko-Köy area. Due to the precipitation, damage occurred to numerous cultivated crops, primarily corn, beans, potatoes, cabbage, and squash, and it was reported that approximately 20 producers were affected by the incident.
Following the developments, teams from the Bayburt Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry proceeded to the region and commenced damage assessment work in the field.
