Field School Training for Farmers Begins in Malatya

Field School trainings, launched in Malatya within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's Plant Health 2026 program, bring new techniques directly to producers in the field.
Field School practical training sessions, planned within the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's General Directorate of Food and Control's Plant Health 2026 program, have started in the Kuluncak and Darende districts of Malatya. According to a statement from the Malatya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, new technical knowledge and skills obtained from agricultural research are being directly transferred to farmers through practical application in the field during these trainings.
It was announced that the field studies, which have begun in Kuluncak and Darende, will continue in the other 11 districts of the province in accordance with the schedule. Officials from the Malatya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry shared the vision of the work with the following words:
