Ministry Personnel Recruitment Process
The application process for the recruitment of 1,874 contracted personnel to be employed within the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry was completed between July 27 and August 9. Thousands of candidates who submitted their applications in line with the announcement published in the Official Gazette are awaiting their placement results. According to information provided by the Ministry, 2024 KPSS scores will be the basis for these recruitments, while no score will be required for the employment of 23 seafarers, who will instead undergo a practical exam. The definitive list of candidates who qualify for placement will be announced in the coming days on the Ministry's official website and through the Kariyer Kapısı platform.
Position Distribution and Assessment
The employment plan, aimed at strengthening agricultural field services and institutional capacity, features technical personnel positions making up the largest share. According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the position distribution includes 645 veterinarians, 515 agricultural engineers, and 185 food engineers. In total, along with 800 engineers, there will be 239 support staff, 73 security guards, 60 office staff, 49 fisheries engineers, 45 mapping engineers, 13 lawyers, 9 laboratory technicians, 7 biologists, 6 fisheries technology engineers, and 5 chemists who will begin their service.
