Technical personnel from the Edirne Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry and the Süloğlu District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry conducted comprehensive health checks on imported cattle brought to the region. As part of the inspections, expert teams collected blood samples from the animals, initiating necessary laboratory screenings.
In a statement made by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, it was reported that the inspections are being carried out to detect possible animal diseases in their early stages and to prevent their spread. The statement noted that field controls are being continuously conducted with the aim of protecting animal health, securing producer labor, and supporting sustainable livestock production.
