The relevant regulation amendment prepared by the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
With the new regulation, the provincial directorates of agriculture and forestry authorized to carry out official controls regarding the food or feed safety of plant protection products, food, materials and articles in contact with food, and feed have been determined.
