The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announced that the application period for the 2027 crop year Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) has begun for farmers engaged in crop production, with registrations accepted until December 31.
New Era in ÇKS Applications
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has announced the commencement of the application process for the 2027 crop year Farmer Registration System (ÇKS), directly concerning producers engaged in crop production. According to the Ministry's official notification, producers can begin submitting their applications starting September 1. It has been stated that registration and update processes must be completed by the end of business on December 31.
Condition for Benefiting from Agricultural Supports
According to information shared by the Ministry, ÇKS registration is mandatory for producers involved in crop production activities to benefit from state supports. Producers must complete their applications in full according to the specified timeline to be eligible for basic agricultural subsidies, investment grants, agricultural insurance, and Treasury interest-supported agricultural loans.
Application Channels and Special Cases
Farmers can carry out their applications through the provincial and district directorates where their lands are located. Additionally, in provinces where authority has been delegated, applications can also be processed through agricultural chambers and the e-Devlet (e-Government) Gateway. It has been noted that producers registering for the system for the first time or those with changes in their existing land information must apply in person directly to the provincial and district directorates or authorized agricultural chambers, rather than through e-Devlet.
