Susurluk Apples Harvested for Global Markets

With the commencement of the apple harvest in Susurluk, Balıkesir, high-quality produce is being exported both domestically and internationally.
AK Party Deputy Chairman Belgin Uygur, AK Party Balıkesir Provincial Chairman Mehmet Aydemir, Balıkesir Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry Dr. Hüseyin Düzgün, and Susurluk District Governor Turgut Gülen participated in the apple harvest program in Susurluk district of Balıkesir, accompanying the producers in their harvesting efforts.
The Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry announced that Susurluk apples, distinguished by their aroma and quality, are being exported to world markets. It was emphasized that production is not limited to the local scale but also adds value to the regional and national economy through export channels.
