The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry introduced ASELSAN-produced domestic digital ear tag systems in Kars, set to modernize animal tracking in the livestock sector.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has launched the transition process to a digital ear tag system in the livestock sector. Domestic digital ear tags, developed by ASELSAN with national capabilities, have been made ready for use.
The first field demonstration of the new technology, which will digitize animal tracking and record systems, was held in Kars. The aim is to gradually offer the ear tags produced with domestic technology to breeders across the country.
