Damage Assessment Begins in Adana After Hailstorm

Following a hailstorm in Adana's Yüreğir district, provincial agriculture and forestry teams have started damage assessment on cultivated lands on a parcel-by-parcel basis.
Following the intense hailstorm and adverse weather conditions in Adana's Yüreğir district, damage assessment studies have been initiated in the agricultural areas. Adana Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Atilla Bayazıt, visited the affected cultivated lands with technical teams and met with producers in the region.
Technical personnel from the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry are conducting assessment studies on a parcel-by-parcel basis in the regions affected by the adverse weather conditions. During the field inspections, crop and yield losses in the agricultural areas are being directly recorded, and the situation on the ground is being closely monitored.
