Ministry Transfers ÇKS Applications to Chambers of Agriculture in 46 Provinces

Within the scope of the protocol signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Union of Chambers of Agriculture of Turkey (TZOB), ÇKS application procedures for the 2027 production year have been transferred to the Chambers of Agriculture in 46 provinces, including Eskişehir.
Applications Transferred to Chambers of Agriculture
Within the framework of the protocol signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Union of Chambers of Agriculture of Turkey (TZOB), a new era has begun in Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) file acceptance and data entry processes. In line with the decision taken, ÇKS applications for the 2027 production year will be directly handled by the Chambers of Agriculture in 46 provinces, including Eskişehir. A comprehensive information meeting was organized at the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry to share the details of the regulation and launch the application. Provincial Director Yüksel Çil, Chairman of the Provincial Coordination Board of Chambers of Agriculture Nejat Yatır, and district representatives attended the meeting.
Procedures to be Carried Out from a Single Point
Within the scope of the meeting held, official application protocols for the acceptance of ÇKS files were signed with the heads of district chambers of agriculture. Ministry officials aim to complete the application processes for producers in a much faster, easier, and more efficient manner from a single center with this new delegation of authority. While bureaucratic steps are planned to be shortened, the aim is to accelerate registration processes for farmers across 46 provinces and prevent time loss. The Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry stated in its announcement that the new system put into operation will provide convenience to producers.
