Kırklareli Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry conducted comprehensive training activities with the aim of advancing agricultural activities in a much more planned and sustainable structure across the city. In the organized programs, producers were detailedly informed about the new period's Agricultural Production Planning model and the technical rules to be followed during the harvest period. While the aim is to minimize product losses through correct practices during the harvest process, the mandatory points to be considered for the safe conduct of agricultural activities were reminded one by one to the farmers in the region.

Critical warnings were issued to producers against the risk of stubble and forest fires, especially seen after harvest, during information meetings conducted by field teams. It was emphasized that burning stubble remaining in the field after harvest causes irreparable damage to the soil, environment, and forest ecosystem. Farmers were asked to refrain from erroneous practices that increase the risk of fire, and the current subsidy models offered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry were introduced, and the necessary application processes were explained so that producers can fully benefit from the state facilities provided.
