According to the forecast report published by MGM, heavy rainfall is expected to be effective in the provinces of Istanbul, Kocaeli, Antalya, Burdur, Adana, Osmaniye, Mersin, Hatay, Konya, Bolu, Karabük, Kastamonu, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize, Erzincan, Erzurum, Kars, and Ardahan.
