Potato Production in Nevşehir Examined in the Field

A delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry conducted field inspections in Nevşehir's potato cultivation areas, assessing producers' demands and the current state of the sector on-site.
İhsan Emiralioğlu, Deputy General Director of Agricultural Production at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, along with Özgür Memiş, Nevşehir Provincial Director of Agriculture and Forestry, and accompanying technical experts, conducted field inspections on potato-cultivated lands in Nevşehir. During the visit, the current state of potato production, the city's strategic agricultural product, was addressed.
As part of the field studies, the delegation met with sector stakeholders, listening to the problems encountered during the production process and the demands of the producers. Officials stated that work will continue to improve and ensure the sustainability of potato production in line with the field data obtained.
