The list published by the Ministry revealed that foreign oils were used instead of milk fat and that production was carried out below standard fat levels. In some butters produced in the Kiraz and Bayındır districts of İzmir, a mixture of oils other than pure milk fat was detected. Furthermore, it was reported that many products manufactured in provinces such as Antalya, Hatay, Ordu, and Samsun did not meet the legally mandated fat content.

The firms confirmed to have produced fraudulent products and their batch numbers were individually registered in the official system during the conducted inspections. Businesses such as Şahsan Süt, Kaanzade Süt Ürünleri, Elmalı Yeşilyayla, Karakurtlar Süt, and Samran Gıda had their non-compliant products publicly announced. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry stated that field inspections will continue uncompromisingly to prevent unfair competition in the milk and dairy products sector and to ensure food safety.
