The tender commission will convene and review the applications on the same day and at the same hour. Submissions made after the specified deadline will be deemed invalid, and the submitted bids must remain valid for at least 90 calendar days.
Delivery Process and Evaluation Criteria
The most economically advantageous bid will be determined solely based on price, with no additional technical scoring applied. According to the specification rules, work must commence within 3 days of contract signing. The contractor is obligated to deliver all 480 animals to the delivery points designated by the Ordu Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry within 35 days from the contract date.

The Bolaman River Basin Rehabilitation Project aims to increase the welfare of rural producers and preserve local breeds.
