Diesel Price Cut by 5 Lira Per Liter

Following a decline in Brent crude oil and the exchange rate, a discount of 5.36 TL per liter of diesel has been applied, effective from midnight.
Major Price Reduction in Diesel
The sharp decline in Brent crude oil prices in global markets and fluctuations in the exchange rate have directly translated into a discount on fuel prices. Effective from midnight on August 27, 2026, a discount of 5.36 TL per liter of diesel has been implemented. Following this reduction, diesel prices, a major input cost for producers, have fallen to an average of 77.37 TL per liter across Istanbul. In Ankara, diesel is priced at 78.47 TL per liter, and in Izmir, it is 78.76 TL, while in eastern provinces, pump prices have decreased to as low as 80.21 TL.
Current Fuel Prices in Major Cities
Following the discount, pump sale prices in major cities have been reshaped. On Istanbul's European side, gasoline is recorded at 74.29 TL, diesel at 77.43 TL, and LPG at 33.79 TL. On the Anatolian side, gasoline is sold at 74.13 TL, diesel at 77.27 TL, and LPG at 33.19 TL. In the capital city Ankara, gasoline is 75.26 TL, diesel is 78.53 TL, and LPG is 33.89 TL. In Izmir, gasoline is listed at 75.57 TL per liter, diesel at 78.83 TL, and LPG at 33.79 TL.
