Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı met with local administrators and sector stakeholders in Erzincan to discuss the province's agricultural, water, and forestry investments.
Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı made an official visit to Erzincan to inspect agricultural activities and sectoral developments in the region on-site. Minister Yumaklı, who was welcomed at Erzincan Yıldırım Akbulut Airport by Governor Hamza Aydoğdu, AK Party Erzincan Deputy Süleyman Karaman, Mayor Bekir Aksun, Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Rector Prof. Dr. Ufuk Kuyrukluyıldız, and the provincial protocol, continued his program with a visit to the Erzincan Governorship. During the meeting held at the Governorship office, Governor Hamza Aydoğdu provided Minister Yumaklı with comprehensive information about the agricultural investments, rural development projects, and public works carried out throughout the province.
Following his official engagements, Minister İbrahim Yumaklı met with representatives of the agriculture, forestry, and livestock sectors in the region as part of the Erzincan Sector Stakeholders Meeting. In the widely attended meeting, the province's agricultural production potential, the effective use of water resources, and forestry activities were comprehensively discussed. During the discussions, new projects planned to be implemented in line with the expectations of producers in the region and the needs of the sector were evaluated, with a focus on steps to accelerate local development and strategic planning for the future.
