Bolvadin District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate aims to increase regional productivity through sustainable agriculture practices, project support, and farmer training.
The Bolvadin District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate provided comprehensive information to producers about current agricultural policies and practices carried out within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. In the statement made, it was stated that sustainable agriculture practices must be rapidly disseminated to develop the agricultural sector in the region and for farmers to take a more effective role in their production processes. Officials drew attention to the importance of conducting agricultural activities in harmony with the environment and in line with long-term planning, stating that they aim to increase agricultural awareness in the region.
The directorate, stating that great importance is given to supporting local farmers operating throughout the district, announced that various projects that will increase the added value of the products produced will be implemented. With these projects aimed at increasing local agricultural productivity, it is planned to strengthen producers' marketing opportunities and for products to reach their deserved economic value. The strategies developed by the institution are aimed at revitalizing the regional economy and directly contributing to the financial strengthening of local producers.
Farmer training, seen as one of the fundamental elements of agricultural development, is among the priority working areas of the Bolvadin District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate. Through comprehensive training programs to be organized throughout the district, modern production techniques and productivity-increasing methods will be shared with producers. It was stated that the training activities will directly increase agricultural productivity and ensure the application of correct agricultural techniques, while it was noted that on-site information activities for producers will continue uninterruptedly.
