Food control teams within the Mersin Provincial and District Agriculture and Forestry Directorate conducted simultaneous inspection activities at production, sales, and mass consumption points across the province. During field checks, which were also attended by Fatih Kaya, Deputy Director General of Food and Control at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the compliance of businesses with existing legislation was examined. Teams meticulously inspected hygiene conditions, product storage conditions, and expiration dates on packaging at workplaces, providing necessary administrative guidance.
