The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has shared the essential rules to be followed when preparing homemade canned goods with the public. In its statement, the Ministry emphasized the importance of using fresh, ripe, and undamaged vegetables, opting for clean jars and new lids for each use, and ensuring products undergo adequate heat treatment.
The Ministry recommends storing prepared canned goods in cool, dry environments away from direct sunlight, and stated that no product whose reliability is in doubt should be consumed under any circumstances.
