· GıdaTarım

A producer cultivating forest fruits on 50 decares using organic methods in Bolu is achieving annual earnings of up to 400,000 Turkish Liras per decare.
Entrepreneur Y. Emre Kalaycı has started producing forest fruits such as raspberries and blueberries in a 50-decare garden he established in Bolu. While Kalaycı initially reached 200 companies and could only secure a single order, he has expanded his distribution network to achieve a volume of truck-based shipments across Turkey.
The operation, which employs entirely organic methods using lavender and apple cider vinegar in its production process, generates annual earnings of 300,000 to 400,000 TL per decare. The facility also serves as Bolu's first publicly accessible fruit orchard.
