Viticulture Culture and Local Products Introduced in Safranbolu

At the Yazıköy Grape Day event held in Karabük, the branding processes of the geographically indicated Safranbolu Çavuş Grape and traditional vinegar production were discussed.
The Yazıköy Grape Day event was organized in collaboration with the Karabük Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Yazıköy Headman's Office, and Yazıköy Culture and Solidarity Association. Within the scope of the program, Safranbolu's traditional viticulture culture, the geographically indicated Safranbolu Çavuş Grape, and the registered Safranbolu Yazıköy Grape Vinegar were evaluated. Participants visited the stands of producing farmers and the traditional vinegar production workshop.
The event aims to preserve the heritage of traditional agricultural production, brand local products, and support rural development in the region.
